Vacant Staging
Starts at $1000
Staging of an empty (vacant) house. Vacant staging generally includes furniture, decorative pieces, and accessories for the entire house. Houses are quoted on an individual basis depending on the square footage, and number of rooms to stage.
** Cost will include 60 days of furniture and accessory rental - after 60 days a rental fee will be charged at 30% of the original price every 30 days until the home is unstaged. **
Occupied Staging
Starts at $1000
Staging of an occupied house includes consultation for using existing furniture to showcase the home to potential buyers, as well as advice for decluttering and depersonalizing the space. Prices are quoted individually based on the needs of the client and house.

Consultation
Starts at $250
Will meet with the agent or homeowner for up to 2 hours.

Home Organization
$125/hour
Every project begins with a consultation, where we walk through your space, talk about your goals, and map out a plan. From there, organizing sessions are billed at $125/hour with a [3-hour] minimum per session. Any organization tools (baskets etc) will be an additional charge.
