HOME STAGING LEAD
Part Time (20-25 hours per week)

Job Summary

Ready Interiors Staging and Design LLC is a home staging and interior design company that has served Western Washington for over 6 years. We are seeking a Part Time Home Staging Lead who is a reliable, dedicated, positive, self-starter able to take initiative. Leading staging jobs and assisting with warehouse duties are part of the daily areas of responsibility. Assisting with moving, loading and unloading, cleaning, and placing furnishings and accessories are essential responsibilities.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Major Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Help determine the style of furniture and accessories that are appropriate for the style of the home and is consistent with Ready Interiors Staging style.  

  • Participate in property walkthroughs and meetings with clients. Communicate the staging process and Ready Interiors’ procedures to clients to help the staging process go smoothly.  

  • Provide clear direction and training to staging assistants that is consistent with Ready Interiors’ policies and procedures. 

  • Help with set up, placement, and removal of home furnishings in different locations. 

  • Help with labeling, organizing, and adding inventory into Stageforce inventory control system 

  • Consistently utilize line-of-business software and apps to support the needs of Ready Interiors Staging. 

  • Positive Energy in team collaboration and learning our brand is a must. 

  • Home decor handling / transporting / pickup and drop-offs. · 

  • Other duties as they relate to operations of Ready Interiors Staging and Design LLC. â€‹

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have the ability to work with our lead designer and team on staging projects and in the warehouse. We take pride in our work and have high expectations for our employees to be on time and represent our company in a professional manner. Friendly communication with the staging team,  homeowners, real estate agents and all clients is a must. 

​

Candidate Attributes:

Physical Demands – The assistant helps with the moving of staging furnishings and loading into our truck. You must be able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally more than that amount.

Driving Requirements – Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Candidate should be prepared to provide a copy of their driving record if offered a position with Ready Interiors LLC.

We offer:

A part time hourly position with paid vacation from $25 per hour. Three to four days per week depending on our project schedule. A Woman owned business with a casual and fun yet professional work environment. There is room for personal and professional growth. Three to four days per week depending on our project schedule.
